Focus On The Details: signs, stationery, fabrics, seating charts, place cards, etc. that make a big design impact.
Your Complete Design Document: we’ll work from your original Mood Board and expand it to include every part of your wedding day, from guest entrance, to ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner, dancing and afterparty. This is where the design really takes shape, as we shop for the specific rental items that will bring it all together. It’s so exciting!
Designing Your Layout: planning software options to design your venue floor plan and pinpoint the location of your tables, chairs, florals, and focal points.
Book Your Rentals: we’ll walk through every step of your rental order to make sure you have the items and quantities you’ll need to bring your wedding design together.
Order Custom Items: printed menus, place cards, seating charts, napkins, stir sticks, and other touches to bring your unique style to life.
Hire Your Florist: the finishing touch to your overall design. We’ll talk about floral budget, seasons, varieties, and design styles so you can choose the best florist for you in your area and focus your budget in a way that will make the most of your design.
Logistics: delivery schedules and rental tips to make sure vendor arrival times, setup, and cleanup are all handled properly.
